1、Warranty Coverage
KRAFTCROME TOOLS, S.L. provides warranty for all our products against manufacturing defects.
- Generators:
Personal / Non-professional use: 2 years
Professional / Industrial use: 1 year - Hand Tools: Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects (excluding misuse, normal wear, or modifications).
2、What Is Covered
The warranty covers:
- Defective materials or workmanship
- Malfunctioning components under normal use
- Missing or broken parts due to production faults
3、What Is Not Covered
- The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper use or maintenance
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidents, misuse, or modifications
- Damage caused during shipping by the customer or third-party courier
4、How to Claim Warranty
- Contact our customer service team at: support@kraftcrome-eu.com
- Provide your order number, product name/model, and description of the issue
- Send photos or videos demonstrating the defect (if applicable)
- Follow our instructions to return the product for inspection
Once verified, we will either:
- Repair the product at no cost, or
- Replace the product with a new item, or
- Issue a refund (for eligible products and cases)
5、Service & Maintenance Tips
- Follow the user manual and recommended maintenance schedule
- Use only recommended oils, lubricants, or consumables for generators
- Store tools in a dry, safe environment to avoid corrosion
- Avoid overloading generators or using tools beyond their rated capacity
