Shipping Information

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and product availability.

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and clearly indicated before payment.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or absence of the recipient, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges that may apply.

Returns and Exchanges

In compliance with applicable European consumer protection regulations, customers have the right to return purchased items within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify us in writing by sending an email to support@kraftcrome-eu.com , clearly indicating the order number and the products to be returned.

Returned items must:

• Be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Include all manuals, accessories, and documentation.

Once the return request has been validated, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of shipping the items back to us.

 Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned items, KRAFTCROME TOOLS, S.L. will process the refund within 14 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Exceptions

The right to return does not apply to:

• Customized or made-to-order products.
• Products that, due to their nature, cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons once opened.
